How to request CEUs

To request individual continuing education units for professional development events that did not obtain blanket approval for social work attendees, write a letter stating your request to review training and grant a specific number of CEUs.  You must enclose copies of documents that provide the following information:

   Content outline

   Learning objectives

   Qualifications of presenter

   Method of evaluation

   A detailed schedule of the training (indicate time spent in workshops, etc.)

   Proof of your attendance (certificates, receipts, etc.).

Upon review, NASW-VT will send you a letter approving or denying your request, based on requirements outlined by the state and NASW professional standards.  This letter should be kept on file as proof of CEUs for licensure renewal purposes. Please allow a minimum of 30 days for individual review.

Non-Members                         $25.00
